Forum members get to ask questions about their workouts, prescription drugs and supplements (i.e. drug/drug interactions and effectiveness of supplements), and questions about sports injuries and soreness to our staff and other members in our Forum. For those who want to get some personal attention, they have access to the staff. If someone goes to a gym and get a personal trainer, he/she will have to pay $40.00 to $60.00 an hour or more plus their gym fees.
They can get daily advice from our staff FREE OF CHARGE. If they simply want to trade workout ideas with other members, they can do that as well. In a nutshell, they have the choice to be active or passive with their membership. The staff will post articles periodically as well for the members to read. This will keep them abreast of the most current physical fitness ideas out there. Members can leave their comments as well.
It gives them the ability to surround themselves with others who care about personal fitness in all areas. If they like, they can participate in the spiritual fitness part of the site. In that area, they can communicate their ideas of spiritual fitness with members all over the world. Consequently, they can share their beliefs with likeminded people and learn some other perspectives from members in other places.
Ideally, we want members to make friends and share ideas with others to enhance their mind, body, and soul. They can even start their own topics if they like. Ultimately, we plan to have times where people can chat live with the staff on a regular basis (These times will be announced for physical fitness and spiritual fitness). As we get more members and become more specialized, we will add even more features. Some will develop relationships with the staff and get ideas from them to enhance their workouts and/or spirituality. We are excited because some boards will develop lives/directions of their own. We want people to share their ideas and get advice from the staff on a daily basis.
